We want you to be over the moon with your new toy so if there is a problem with regards to your item then we will pay for it to be returned.
We will provide you also a complete exchange or refund if you want whichever match matches you.
Our policy lasts 90 days on faulty goods. If 90 days have gone since your purchase, unluckily we cannot provide you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or due to replace of mind in the first thirty days, then your items must be unused and in the same situation that you received it. It must also made in the real packaging. We ask this just for the safety of other customers which we take extremely seriously.
To complete your return, we need a proof or receipt of purchase.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and returned item. We will also inform you of the rejection or approval of your refund. If you are verified, then your refund will be processed, and credit will mechanically be applied to your credit card or real method of payment, within seven days.
To return your product, you should email your item to our address.
You will be liable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach, may change.
If your are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not promise that we will get your refund item and we advise all items are tracked.
